Uprooting Barriers In Wine with Lodi Appellation Inclusion Collective
Last updated on March 8th, 2025
The Lodi Appellation Inclusion Collective (LAIC) is a group of progressive Lodi wineries and professionals with a mission of increasing diversity in our region and the industry at large.
Through a partnership with LAIC and the Roots Funds, the ‘Rooted in Lodi’ enrichment experience was created as a way for BIPOC wine professionals to build relationships in the Lodi appellation, understand the wide range of career opportunities available, and learn how to create a successful career path in the wine industry.
Uncorked & Cultured was on hand to capture the experience and produce a video to highlight LAIC’s proactive commitment to investing in a program to encourage diversity and inclusion in the wine region.
